If you have preloved items ready for a new home, we would be delighted to receive them. Your donations play a vital role in supporting our work within the community, and to make the process as easy as possible, we offer a free ground floor collection service.

We kindly ask that all donated items are in good, clean, and serviceable condition, and that any relevant safety information is present. For example, upholstered items must have a valid fire safety label attached, and white goods must display a UKCA or CE mark. We recommend reviewing our full reuse guidelines before donating, to ensure your items meet the necessary criteria.

While we always aim to collect and rehome every generous donation, there may occasionally be times when we are unable to accept certain items due to changing store demand or stock levels. We appreciate your understanding in these instances.

You can book a collection by contacting your local store directly to speak with a member of our friendly team. Please note that all donated items must come from a smoke-free home.
